Legend Telephone System

From ext 10 or ext 100 (depending on how many digits your extension numbers are)

Press Menu
Press System Program
Press Exit
Press System
Press Time
Backspace over the existing time, then enter the new time in military time
Press Enter
Press Exit

This will change the time on every telephone on the system.
